Position : Asia Technical Service Representative (Intern,Shanghai) (Bioscience Division \ Life Science ) Location: Shanghai Responsibilities Provides primary technical advice to customers over the phone or in written manner. Provides sales personnel with technical data necessary Resolve customers’ complaints of a technical nature Serve as a demonstration of products. Handles product-related problems with customers as required. May make technical presentations at sales meetings and customer locations. May test products to resolve customer problems. Support Internal sales/distributor training occasionally Qualifications Minimum Master Degree with major in生物化学/遗传学/神经生物学/细胞生物学/分子生物学/免疫学等 Extensive knowledge of cell biology and protein research High Energy, Team player and interpersonal, communication and coordinating skills are essential. Good command of oral and written English Good execution, integrity, teamwork are definitely required. Passion and self motivated Strong interpersonal, communication/customer service skills are essential.
